START A NEW AND EXCITING CAREER BECOME A LICENSED INSURANCE ADJUSTER Texas Adjuster
Ohio is one of the sixteen states that does not require an Adjuster License for residents who wish to obtain their Insurance Adjuster License. We recommend retaining a non-resident license and making Texas your designated home state (DHS). Texas non-resident licenses are reciprocal with many other states. Check the list at the bottom of this page to see if your state offers reciprocal licenses to Texas Adjusters!
To obtain your Texas non-resident DHS license, complete our 40-hour, pre-licensing course which is certified through the Texas Department of Insurance. This course includes the state exam needed to apply for a Texas All Lines Adjuster License.
The link below provides all the information needed for a Texas non-resident license including the license application!
